  1. TASK 1
Nowadays some people think women should be present in the same proportion as men in some jobs. I totally disagree with this. Perhaps they should be present in a higher proportion than men.
Firstly, women don´t need to be protected by law to have better jobs. In my opinion, this is a social issue. Women used to do all the housework and took care of children, so they were running out of time and weren´t able to get a job. Nowadays society is getting used to sharing the housework and children care. In this way women don´t have to leave their jobs when they settle down.
Secondly, women are used to studying at the university. What is more, not only do women study at the university, but also they do it in a higher proportion than men. From my point of view in the future more and more women will have better positions in companies, because the more you study, the better position you have in the job market.
Finally, women have the same or better abilities than men to do all kind of jobs. In addition, If I had to headhunt a person for a job which required an emphatetic person, I would prefer to headhunt a woman.
To sum up, although we don´t have a completely modern society, the situation is changing and women are able to reach better positions in companies and they don´t need to be protected by law.
